What is Elviria?

Elviria is a residential area of East Marbella, about fifteen minutes by car from the centre, known above all for its wide sandy beaches, among the broadest in the municipality, and for its beach clubs. It is a quiet area of landscaped developments, local shops and a settled international community.

Within the area are the Santa María Golf and Greenlife Golf courses and the English International College, founded in 1978. Just above, in La Mairena, sits the German School of Málaga, which makes Elviria one of the preferred areas for the German-speaking families on the coast.

What kind of property is there in Elviria?

Apartments and townhouses in developments with gardens and pools dominate, with villas on the upper side enjoying sea views and in the streets beside the beach. The price per square metre is usually more accessible than in western Marbella with the same quality of beach, and rental demand is solid thanks to the beach clubs and the schools.
