What is Manilva?
Manilva is a municipality in the province of Málaga on the border with Cádiz, right beside Sotogrande. It has more than seven kilometres of coast and an inland landscape of Muscat of Alexandria vineyards that have given its sweet wines their reputation since the sixteenth century. The village sits about two kilometres inland, surrounded by those vines, and from the viewpoint beside the church you can see the valley, the Mediterranean and, on clear days, Gibraltar and the African coast.

Puerto de la Duquesa and Sabinillas
Coastal life is split between two centres. Puerto de la Duquesa is a Mediterranean-scale marina with restaurants around the basin and La Duquesa Golf & Country Club just behind. San Luis de Sabinillas is the urban beach town, with a promenade and beach bars. Castillo beach takes its name from an eighteenth-century fortress watching over the bay.

What kind of property do people buy in Manilva?
Apartments and townhouses in developments with pools, many with sea views thanks to the slope, and villas on the higher ground. It is the most affordable coastal property per square metre in the whole region we cover, in exchange for being far from Málaga airport. For golfers it has a clear advantage: Finca Cortesín and Valderrama are a few minutes away by car.
