What is La Cerquilla?
La Cerquilla is the development in the northern part of Nueva Andalucía, surrounded by the Los Naranjos, Aloha and Las Brisas courses. Its street plan is characterised by quiet, very well-kept streets with an elegant and orderly look. The villas are generally built on medium-sized plots, with modern design predominating alongside a few more classic ones.
Over the past decade it has become one of the preferred addresses for newly built contemporary villas in Marbella, and much of its original stock has been replaced by current architectural projects.
