What is Aloha?
Aloha is the part of Nueva Andalucía that grows around Aloha Golf Club, an 18-hole, par 72 course opened in 1975. It was the last design by the Spanish architect Javier Arana, who died that same year as the course was being completed, and it is known for its narrow tree-lined fairways and its lakes and streams. In 2025 the club celebrated its fiftieth anniversary.
Also within the sector is Aloha College, founded in 1982, which makes Aloha the part of the valley with most families living there all year round.
Where is Aloha?
In the central and upper part of the Golf Valley, above Las Brisas and below La Cerquilla. Access is via the main avenues of Nueva Andalucía, and Puerto Banús is about six minutes away by car.

What kind of property is there in Aloha?
It is the most varied sector in the valley: villas on their own plots around the course, townhouses in gated complexes and several of the best-known apartment developments in Nueva Andalucía, with communal gardens and pools. That mix gives Aloha a lower entry price than Las Brisas or La Cerquilla, in the same area with the same services.
Who is Aloha for?
For families with children at Aloha College who want to live on the school doorstep, and for those looking to enter the Golf Valley with an apartment or townhouse rather than a villa. It is also an area with good long-term rental demand because of the school.
