Sierra Blanca is a gated villa estate on the slopes of the La Concha mountain, directly above the Marbella Golden Mile. It is a community with controlled entrances and permanent security, and that security is one of the main reasons people buy here. One of the two Swans International School centres sits inside the estate.
Its elevated position gives open Mediterranean views while keeping it a few minutes by car from Marbella centre, the beach and the Golden Mile hotels. That combination is unusual: height and quiet without leaving the town behind.

Above the Golden Mile avenue, between Nagüeles and Cascada de Camoján, on the slope climbing towards La Concha. Marbella centre is about five minutes away by car and the beach about six. Puerto Banús, about ten.
