What is Guadalmina Alta?

Guadalmina Alta is the part of Guadalmina north of the motorway, next to San Pedro de Alcántara and opposite Guadalmina Baja. It is a settled residential area with its own small shopping centre, supermarkets and restaurants, and much of its housing organised around the North course of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, completed in 1973.

What kind of property is there in Guadalmina Alta?

It mixes villas on their own plots with townhouses and apartment complexes, generally at a more contained price per square metre than Guadalmina Baja because it is not on the beach. It is one of the most practical areas of western Marbella for year-round living: services at hand, golf on the doorstep and San Pedro five minutes away.
