What is Seghers?
Seghers is a residential district west of the Estepona old town, between the centre and the beaches at the western end of the municipality. It is a quiet area in strong demand for its location: the old town is reachable on foot or in a few minutes, and the beaches on this side of Estepona are among the least crowded. The Pinar del Seghers preserves the original vegetation of the area. Marbella is about twenty minutes away by motorway.
What kind of property is there in Seghers?
Villas and townhouses on quiet streets, many with gardens and some with sea views, and apartments in developments with pools. It is one of the parts of Estepona town with the most villas, at a price per square metre well below the equivalent areas of Marbella.
