What is Atalaya?

Atalaya is a golf development in eastern Estepona, on the New Golden Mile, next to El Paraíso. Its landmark is Atalaya Golf & Country Club, which has two 18-hole layouts: the old course, Atalaya Old, and the new course, Atalaya New, opened in 1990. The development spreads on both sides of the courses, in a very green setting, with Cancelada beach a few minutes away by car and good connections to San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona.

What kind of property is there in Atalaya?

Apartments, townhouses and villas on the front line of the golf and in the inner streets. It is equally an area of main homes and second homes, with more built space per euro than the equivalent areas of Marbella.
