What is Costalita?
Costalita is a development on the beach side of the coastal road, in eastern Estepona, between the Taraje stream and Saladillo-Benamara. It was designed by the studio of Melvin Villaroel, one of the reference architects of the Costa del Sol, and developed by Urbis as a series of private communities around gardens and pools, in traditionally inspired whitewashed Andalusian architecture. It has direct beach access and is a few minutes from Estepona centre, San Pedro and Puerto Banús.
What kind of property is there in Costalita?
Apartments from one bedroom up to three- and four-bedroom duplex penthouses with private rooftop pools, in low-rise buildings among gardens. It is one of the beachside developments in highest demand on the New Golden Mile, both for living and for summer rental.
