What is El Paraíso?

El Paraíso is a golf development in eastern Estepona, within the corridor known as the New Golden Mile, between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona centre. It is organised around El Paraíso Golf, one of the classic courses on the coast, and combines El Paraíso Alto, on the hillside with sea views, with El Paraíso Bajo, closer to the beach and the services along the road. It is one of the most sought-after communities on the New Golden Mile, alongside Atalaya, and has direct access to the A-7.

What kind of property is there in El Paraíso?

Villas on their own plots on the upper side, many on the front line of the golf, and apartment and townhouse complexes on the lower side, at lower prices per square metre than Marbella for an equivalent setting. In recent years many older villas have been rebuilt as contemporary projects.
