What is El Madroñal?
El Madroñal is a gated estate in the municipality of Benahavís spread over more than two hundred hectares of pine and cork oak woodland, set high above the Ronda road. It is a low-density community of large plots, generally from 2,500 to more than 10,000 square metres, with the villas separated from one another by the woodland itself. Its entrances from the road are staffed by security around the clock.
Its elevation gives views over the Mediterranean and, on clear days, to Gibraltar and the African coast. San Pedro de Alcántara is about five kilometres away and the beach about twelve minutes by car.
