What is Benahavís village like?
The Benahavís village centre is a white village of narrow streets wedged between mountains, on the course of the Guadalmina river, about seven kilometres from the coast by the San Pedro de Alcántara road. It owes its nickname as the dining room of the Costa del Sol to the density of restaurants packed into its streets, out of all proportion to a village of its size, and it is a regular evening destination for those living in Marbella or Estepona. Around it, the Las Angosturas gorge and the Guadalmina river pools are among the best-known walks in the district.

What kind of property is there in Benahavís village?
Renovated village houses in the centre, apartments in the buildings on the edges and villas and townhouses in the developments surrounding the village, many with views over the valley. It is a different product from the golf estates of the municipality: more village, more local life and more contained prices.
