What is Calahonda?
Calahonda is one of the largest developments in Mijas Costa, on the border with Marbella and halfway between Marbella and Fuengirola. It stretches from the beach to the inland hills, with its own supermarkets, schools and shops, several beaches and an international community settled there for decades. Next to it are Riviera del Sol and the Calanova Golf course, and Cabopino lies just across the municipal border.
