What is Kings & Queens?
Kings & Queens, or Reyes y Reinas, is the popular name for the area of Sotogrande Costa whose streets are named after kings and queens. It was one of the first parts of Sotogrande to be developed: the estate first villas were concentrated around the perimeter of Real Club de Golf Sotogrande and a few metres from the beach club and the marina area. It sits on completely flat ground, and the tennis club, the golf, the beach and the marina are reachable on foot or by bicycle. It is one of the most sought-after and highest-valued areas of Sotogrande.
What kind of property is there in Kings & Queens?
Villas on large, flat plots, many on the front line of the Real Club de Golf, with mature gardens. The original villas from the sixties and seventies, many renovated, live alongside contemporary projects that have gradually replaced them. It is a market of few transactions and slow turnover.
