Perched at the very top of Alcaidesa, this exceptional property offers sweeping 180-degree views over the Mediterranean Sea, the golf course, and the iconic Rock of Gibraltar. Construction began in May and completion is scheduled for the end of 2026, making it a rare opportunity to acquire a brand-new luxury home in one of the most privileged settings on the Costa del Sol.

The residence is being built to the highest standards with Porcelanosa large-format tiling throughout, Italian Novamobili wardrobes, and elegant Albed interior doors. The SieMatic kitchen will be fully equipped with premium appliances from Gaggenau, Liebherr, and Technic, while bathrooms will feature exquisite fittings from Villeroy & Boch, Duravit, Bernstein, and Hansgrohe.

Comfort and design go hand in hand, with wooden flooring in the bedrooms, underfloor heating across living areas, and a Daikin heating and cooling system. Expansive Cortizo windows and sliding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Lifestyle amenities include an Astralpool Jacuzzi, a private gym, landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation, and outdoor lighting highlighting both the façade and green spaces. The property is secured with automatic entrance and garage gates, stone walls surrounding the plot, and pre-installations for fire safety, CCTV, curtains, and blinds.
